Focus on process analysis, transparency and optimization potentials

Title

We determined the status quo of our customer’s hardware and software purchasing processes in order to create transparency and identify potential for optimization. We established a uniform understanding of the process flows by analyzing individual processes and the interactions between processes. This analysis also uncovered process weak points and dependencies. As a result of our process analysis, the customer was able to quickly identify potentials for optimization. These served as a basis for defining the target specs as well as the process design and helped select the new system solution (phase 2).

Cross-divisional analysis delivers transparent insights into digital communication channels used.

Focus on in-depth evaluation of communication to derive digitization measures

Title

Our customer wanted to bring a higher level of digitalization to their customer communication. However, they lacked the required insight into the communication channels used. Consequently, we helped them collect and analyze data to determine how frequently the individual communication channels were used. A tailored reporting system was defined and introduced in parallel. This system allowed the evaluation of individual letters across business units and customer segments. The customer found that paper-based mail was inefficient and identified alternative digital communication channels. Moreover, the integration of their reporting structure with project governance gave the customer a tool for actively managing their digital transformation.

Focus on process design in HR operational management

Title

With our help, a globally operating insurance company harmonized and designed processes for HR operational management to optimize costs and reduce process complexity. Concrete decision criteria for the evaluation of change requirements were defined to identify automation opportunities within the change management process. In addition, the implementation of the new governance model resulted in clearly defined roles within the organizational unit and clear-cut responsibilities within the HR operational management processes. Moreover, the new structures made it easier to plan global releases.
