The Covid Crisis has changed the world of work. Speed, flexibility and effective collaboration are more critical than ever. Agile organizations demonstrate adaptability and resilience in the face of new challenges.

We completed our agile transformation in 2018, and this step is paying off in a major way in the current pandemic. We transformed the experience gained in our own transition and in customer projects into hands-on agility services for our customers.

We actually do

For 30 years, metafinanz conformed with the traditional hierarchical business structure. Then we made a complete turnaround. Today, we manage our business in a distributed manner. We also abolished plans and budgets and have redefined our leadership.

In short, we created a fundamentally new vision of organization that relies on entrepreneurship and self-organization. The resulting short decision-making channels have made us faster, more flexible and brought us even closer to our customers.
